- Buyers are highly motivated to purchase during the winter months. Usually they have to buy out of desperation: a job transfer or tax reasons are usually the culprit.
- There is far less competition for you as a seller right now than during the spring or summer. This means you can sell your home faster and for more money. Don't wait until the spring to sell.
- During the holidays, your home is already decorated and ready to show. Buyers will feel warm and cozy inside your home at this time of year, and that increases your chances of selling. Buyers are usually in a better mood right now and more prone to act on their emotions.
